By using Waitly you agree to be honest about the products you launch, respectful in any interactions, and responsible for the content you post.

No spam

Don't post duplicate ideas, fake products, or anything you don't actually intend to build. We'll remove and ban without warning.

No scams

If your "idea" is a pyramid scheme, crypto rugpull, MLM, or other deceptive product, you're not welcome here.

Promotions

Promoted slots are clearly badged. Misrepresenting a promoted product or buying signups is grounds for refund-less removal.

Liability

Waitly is provided "as is". We're not liable for what users post or for any business outcomes from waitlist signals. Do your own due diligence.
